Ben Affleck bluntly warns Jennifer Lopez’s new partner Brett Goldstein: “Not everyone can handle it, I couldn’t”

The spotlight has shifted from Jennifer Lopez to her ex, Ben Affleck. The 52-year-old actor has finally broken his silence following his high-profile divorce and has done so with a phrase that puts “Bennifer” back in the spotlight:  “I wish him luck… because dating JLo is no small thing”

The statement, allegedly leaked to RadarOnline by someone close to the actor, comes just as Lopez has begun a new relationship with Briton Brett Goldstein, 41, known for his role in the romantic comedy Office Romance. Although the new romance looks idyllic, Affleck issues a blunt warning: “Brett seems like a nice guy… but he’s about to be eaten alive by Hurricane JLo.”

Known for her perfectionism and unstoppable energy, Lopez sets a pace that not everyone can keep up with:  “Jennifer is demanding, has impossible standards and a lifestyle that not everyone can put up with. I couldn’t, and I consider myself a pretty balanced person.”
