Angel Reese’s Comment Confirms Relationship Rumors

Angel Reese has been making headlines for her play on the basketball court ever since the WNBA returned from its break for the Summer Olympics, but the Chicago Sky rookie is now making noise away from the hardwood.  Reese has been active on social media, whether it’s making jokes with fans, retweeting selfies or stirring the pot with relationship rumors.

The rookie recently commented on former Chicago Sky guard Kysre Gondrezick’s social media page following her post that clearly hints at a relationship with Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown.  Gondrezick and Brown have been linked for quite some time. They were first spotted together at the Celtics’ championship parade and have since been seen side-by-side at the NBA Summer League.

The ex-teammate of Angel Reese hasn’t confirmed her relationship with Brown, but the pictures on her Instagram definitely add fuel to the fire.  She posted a picture of her hand next to a man and also added a photo of her eating a cake, where Jaylen Brown’s face was drawn on the dessert.

Reese commented on the post, hinting at a potential relationship with Gondrezick and Brown while also giving fans a reason to believe she has a boyfriend as well.

“We love our J’s,” Reese said.

The 22-year-old star has been connected with Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren for just over a month. When connecting the dots of Reese’s reply, there’s speculation that Reese was talking about Jaylen Brown and Jalen Duren in Gondrezick’s comment section.

Following that reply to Gondrezick’s post, Reese quote tweeted someone while adding the term “my man,” which adds even more meat to the story.  “Every city hates to see us!,” Reese said. “And my man hates to you cause you always in my businesssssss.”  Reese and Duren were seen at an undisclosed location during the WNBA’s break for the Summer Olympics, just after fans thought she was on vacation with Duren.

The Pistons center and Reese posted photos on their social media, both of which were at a tropical location.  She’s now added to the list of evidence about dating rumors with her “We love our J’s” comment and a tweet that includes the words “my man.”  Once WNBA fans saw the tweet where Reese said, “my man,” they instantly blew up the comment section with their reactions about her relationship.

“If y’all ain’t know she’s dating Jalen Duren,” said one fan.

“’My man….’ Bad day yall, she confirmed it.” said another fan.

“My man my man my man my man,” commented another fan.
