Angel Reese has signed an extremely apt sponsorship deal with an iconic candy brand.  The Chicago Sky forward is enjoying a strong rookie season, and has helped drive massive viewership numbers to the WNBA alongside Caitlin Clark.

Now, Reese has signed a sponsorship deal with Reese’s peanut butter cups (via The Hershey Company), as she announced in an excited post to X on Wednesday.  ‘To the Reese’s Pieces [what she calls her fans], y’all made this happen!,’ she said.  ‘Shop our limited edition Angel Reese x Reese’s Pieces Logo Collection… NOW! Stay tuned for 2 more drops to come. WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!’

Reese said in another post that she had been trying to score a deal with Reese’s for ‘four years.’  Reese had initially tagged Reese’s in an X post in June asking ‘where y’all at?’, leading her fans to reach out to the company in droves about a potential partnership.  As part of the sponsorship, which is for a limited-edition clothing line collaboration between Reese and the candy brand, a variety of items have been listed for sale on theangelreese.com.

The products include t-shirts, hats and hoodies, with the latter going for $79.  Reese established herself as a massive star and personality while in college at LSU, and scored deals with the likes of Beats by Dre, Reebok and Airbnb.

Clark, meanwhile, achieved national fame as well and has scored many lucrative deals too, including with State Farm, Gatorade and Nike.  Reese and Clark will face off for a fourth time this season when the Fever visit the Sky on August 30.  That game has been promoted as ‘Barbie Night’ – in collaboration with Mattel – by the Sky in a nod to their ‘Bayou Barbie’ Reese.
