Angel Reese’s Admission About Hiding Her Injury
Angel Reese has been keeping busy of late. On Sunday, the Chicago Sky rookie watched the Los Angeles Rams take down the San Francisco 49ers at the SoFi Stadium, dropped by model/socialite Jordyn Woods’ birthday bash in Malibu and capped off her day by catching an Usher concert at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood.
Life has been pretty hectic (and extremely fun) for the 22-year-old now that the WNBA season is officially over. Through it all, Reese has been nursing a wrist injury — one that cut her debut campaign short after being required to undergo surgery to address the issue.

On Sunday, Reese dropped an admission about the injury as fans noticed that she has been making an effort to hide the protective wrap on her left hand. Angel admitted that she has indeed been going out of her way to conceal the injury in her photos. “hiding my hand with a chanel is my new thing😇” Reese wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Angel was referring to her luxury Chanel handbags as her weapon of choice in terms of trying to hide her injury from plain sight. At this point, the Sky forward is still required to wear a protective wrap on her hand just weeks after undergoing surgery. It does, at times, get in the way of her ensemble, which has prompted her to get creative with trying to keep it out of her photos.

The good news for Reese and the Sky is that the former LSU superstar is expected to make a fully recovery before the start of the new season. She had a tremendous rookie campaign, but it wasn’t enough to help lead Chicago to a postseason berth. Angel Reese will want to change that in Year 2.
