Brittany Mahomes offers positive update on Bronze after health scare
As the NFL season gets into full swing, Patrick Mahomes’ family has been enjoying the last days of summer. Amidst the busy schedule, the Mahomes household has been balancing downtime and game prep, with Brittany Mahomes often sharing glimpses of their family life on social media.
In the lead-up to the Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, Brittany provided a sweet update about their one-year-old son, Bronze. Their kid has recently started eating better, something Brittany happily shared with her followers. Alongside a photo that seemed to feature a delicious dessert, she noted Bronze’s progress with his eating habits, a heartening development for any parent.
“Bronze has been eating SO MUCH better,” Brittany wrote.
This positive news came after a scare earlier in the season when Bronze had to be rushed to the hospital due to a peanut allergy. Brittany has been candid about her worries for her son’s health but has chosen to keep certain details private while still updating fans on the big moments that matter. “My perfect boy,” she said. “We took a very scary and frantic trip to the ER yesterday after finding out this guy is highly highly allergic to peanuts. The scariest 30 mins of my life.”
Concerned about Skye’s health too
Brittany has also been open about their three-year-old daughter Sterling Skye’s health. Back in May, Sterling caught a stomach virus, which left Brittany deeply concerned as she shared the experience with her social media followers. Despite the challenges, the family continues to stay close-knit and supportive through all the ups and downs of parenting. The Mahomes are also expecting a third child, a pregnancy they announced just before the start of the 2024 NFL season.
