Donna Kelce’s adorable nickname for Jason’s kids goes viral: How did she call them?

Jason Kelce’s children have received the cutest nickname from none other than their doting grandmother, Donna Kelce! On June 18, 2024, Jason’s wife, Kylie, uploaded an adorable picture of their children with a rainbow in the background on Instagram, which instantly went viral.    The former Philadelphia Eagles star shares three beautiful children-Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett-with his wife, Kylie Kelce. The post featured a special comment from ‘Mama’ Donna Kelce herself, who affectionately called them, “The cutest beautiful bunch of ‘lucky charms’ under that rainbow!!!!”

Donna Kelce, a beloved figure in the Kelce family, has always been an integral part of her sons’ lives. From attending NFL games to shedding tears at Jason’s retirement presser, the 71-year-old has been there through thick and thin.  Her wholesome reaction to the Instagram post touched hearts, and even television personality Erin Andrews chimed in, commenting, “Omg. Come On.” The picture, which has gained close to 400,000 likes, is winning hearts all over the internet.

Adorable Grandma Kelce

Over the years, Donna Kelce has given fans family goals with her amazing gestures for her grandchildren. In 2022, Donna had a day out with her grandchildren when Jason Kelce & Co visited Disneyland. She posted the photos on Instagram with the caption, “bestoftimes.”

In 2023, Travis Kelce also joined in on the fun! The Kelce clan went out for a family dinner on Mother’s Day last year, and Papa Kelce uploaded a photo where Wyatt and Elliotte could be seen having fun with their uncle and granny.  Ed Kelce saw the funny side of it and posted the image with the caption, “Happy Others Day.” In October last year, the kids attended an Eagles game with Donna, Jason, and Kylie and seemingly had a great time watching Philadelphia beat the LA Rams 23-14.

Donna loves her three granddaughters equally.

‘Dee Dee,’ as the girls call Donna, spoke about them in an interview with PEOPLE in January 2024. She listed out her favorite qualities of all her grandchildren.

Mama Kelce is proud of Wyatt’s “articulate” and “confident” demeanor, enjoys Elliotte’s “sweet” and “loving nature,” and loves Bennett’s “chill,” “independent,” and “happy temperament.” If the latest viral Instagram post is any indication, Donna Kelce can’t get enough of her ‘lucky charms’ under the rainbow, and long may it continue.
