Health Update on Colin Cowherd Revealed After Abruptly Leaving Show
On Monday afternoon Fox Sports host Colin Cowherd abruptly left his show following a segment on the blockbuster trade that sent Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers. While attempting to cover the trade details and what comes next for the Lakers, the “Herd with Colin Cowherd” host appeared to be slowing his speech, swallowing for a moment to gather himself.
“No. 3 is the Lakers are an aspirational franchise with statues everywhere in the building and the bottom line here is I think we’re going to get a more dedicated Luka,” he said before pausing for a moment. “Folks I’m going to take a break. I am getting very, very sick, very, very quickly on this set and we will return,” he added before slumping forward to lean on his desk.

Immediately after he left the air, the official social media account for the “Herd with Colin Cowherd” revealed a medical update on Cowherd revealing he’s doing “okay” and that Jason Mcintyre will take over.
“Colin is doing OK. Thank you for your concerns. Colin is under the weather and Jason Mcintyre is filling in,” the show said. It’s unclear at this point if Cowherd will be back at any point for the rest of his show. The host has not issued a statement of his own through the show or his own social media accounts as of early Monday afternoon.
