Kylie Kelce Announces Heartbreaking News on Saturday

Kylie Kelce and Jason Kelce have built a beautiful family life since the longtime Philadelphia Eagles center retired from the NFL, but their family unit suffered a tragedy on Saturday. The Kelces share three daughters — Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2. Their family of five is set to grow to six soon, as Kylie is pregnant with a fourth daughter and due very soon. “I just love my daughters so much,” Jason said on his “New Heights” podcast with Travis Kelce in November. “The fact that we’re going to be getting another one is beyond exciting.”
But as the Kelces prepare to expand their family, they had to deal with the loss of a loved one. Kylie, who turns 33 on Sunday, has built the brand of her successful “Not Gonna Lie” podcast on unwavering transparency and blunt honesty. She followed suit on Saturday when she revealed the heartbreaking news to her 2.4 million followers on Instagram that the Kelces’ dog, Baloo, had died.
“We were lucky enough to have 7 years with the goofiest, sweetest, most lovable, and tolerant dog I’ve ever met,” Kelce wrote in the caption of a slideshow of photos of the family dog. “He wanted nothing more than carbs and pets. He was a simple guy, held together by bubble gum and paper clips.” She shared that her middle daughter, Ellie, took the news well. She expressed happiness that Baloo would be reunited in heaven with their other dog, Winnie, who died almost exactly one year ago, in March 2024. They shared a joint Instagram account that Kelce used to run.

“The heartbreak is immense, but as Ellie so perfectly pointed out, the Winnie-Bubba reunion had to be pure magic,” Kelce said on Saturday. “Miss you already Bubbies.”
