LeBron James provoked by video of Angel Reese and his NBA rival talking trash about Bronny James
Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown raised eyebrows with his candid assessment of LeBron James’ son, Bronny James, following a Summer League game. On Monday night in Las Vegas, Bronny and the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Celtics, where Bronny faced challenges on the offensive end, including an air ball from the three-point line. His overall performance in the Summer League hasn’t been stellar, with a 0-15 record from beyond the arc.
Sitting courtside with his girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick, and WNBA rookie sensation Angel Reese, Brown was caught on NBA TV’s sideline cameras seemingly saying: “I don’t think Bronny is a pro.” “I think he’ll be on the G-League team, for sure,” Gondrezick reportedly responded.
Then, Brown allegedly said: “I don’t think so, I think because of his name, he’ll be on the Lakers.” Bronny was selected 55th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft. His selection fulfilled a long-held dream of his father, LeBron James, who has always hoped to play alongside his son in the NBA. This historic moment marks the first time a father-son duo shares the same roster in the league.

Bronny’s rookie contract spans four years, worth $7.9 million, with a team option for the fourth season.
Struggling in the Summer League
Bronny’s Summer League stats highlight his offensive struggles, with limited scoring and poor shooting percentages. He scored four points with two assists in Game 1, three points with three blocks and two steals in Game 2, eight points with two steals in Game 3, and just two points in Game 4. His shooting remained consistently low across all games.
