The final seconds of the Week 17 matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills were nothing short of dramatic.

After a tense 13-12 win over the Bills, Nick Sirianni made sure his emotions were known, delivering a pointed four-word message that quickly gained attention across social media and NFL circles.

“Not so much [talking] anymore!” Sirianni exclaimed, later adding, “Love this s**t,” according to NBC Sports anchor John Clark’s post on X.

The clip, shared widely, showed Sirianni addressing wide receiver AJ Brown as the Eagles players exited the field following the final whistle.

Josh Allen makes rare error in crucial moment
The moment came immediately after Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen failed a two-point conversion in the closing seconds.

The score had been 13-6 in favor of Philadelphia with five minutes and 11 seconds left, but Allen led the Bills on an, 83-yard drive, capped by a 1-yard touchdown run with just five seconds remaining.

Rather than kick an extra point to force overtime, Allen opted for a two-point attempt, which ended in a miss when wide receiver Khalil Shakir could not be found in the end zone.

That play ultimately sealed the Eagles’ 13-12 victory and pushed their record to 11-5.  The game was a rollercoaster. Despite the narrow margin, the Eagles demonstrated resilience after a midseason stumble.

The game was a rollercoaster. Despite the narrow margin, the Eagles demonstrated resilience after a midseason stumble.  Following a disappointing 8-5 record and a humiliating Week 14 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, Philadelphia has now won three consecutive games and secured its division championship for the second straight year.

The narrow win over Buffalo was a testament to the team’s ability to perform under pressure, while also fueling the competitive fire of Sirianni.

Fiery Sirianni apologizes to opposition player

Sirianni’s postgame message also reflects his fiery personality and history of not holding back. Last season, he was spotted exchanging words with fans in the stands after a 20-16 win over the Cleveland Browns.

He also had a postgame disagreement with former tight end Zach Ertz after a matchup against the Washington Commanders, later calling his former player to apologize.  His passion for the game and competitive streak are clear, even if it occasionally spills into public displays of emotion.

For the Eagles, the victory is more than just another win. It’s momentum, morale, and a statement to the rest of the league that this defending Super Bowl champion is peaking at the right time.  Sirianni’s animated response is just one example of the energy driving Philadelphia as it heads into the playoffs.
