Patrick Mahomes makes life easier for Sterling and Bronze by showing off his strength on a long hike

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is away with his family at the moment before the real preparation for the new NFL season kicks in, and he has been showing off his strength.  Mahomes and his wife Brittany have three children together and they are currently visiting a few destinations in Europe. Having already been to Portugal and Italy, they are now in Spain and are enjoying some fun times together.

The 28-year-old is clearly very sympathetic to his children not being able to walk as far as him, as he opted to carry Sterling and Bronze on his back during a walk in Spain.  Given she is very active on social media, it will not be a shock to know that this image was shared by Brittany Mahomes on her Instagram Story on Monday.

Holiday before the new season

The Chiefs training camp is set to start in late July which means that the Mahomes’ still have just under a month of time left together before Patrick has to start travelling all over the country on the hunt for yet another Super Bowl triumph.  What is clear is that Mahomes is very impressed with how Brittany copes with his absence during the season.  “I think people don’t even realize how much she does,” gushed Patrick during an appearance on the Impulsive podcast in May.

“Taking care of the day-to-day stuff and making it so where I can focus on football, focus on my craft and everything like that. Just being a hall of fame mom and a hall of fame wife.  “It makes things a lot easier … when you get to come home and your best friend is there. You can just hang out. It makes you want to be there all the time and so, she pushes me to be great. She’s done a lot of great things herself.”
