More space for grandchildren
Listed at $285,000 – a full $540,000 less than her new digs – the three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,475-square-foot home is now available for purchase. The property boasts modern upgrades, including new countertops, KitchenAid appliances, stylish lighting, and a large backyard perfect for gatherings. It’s even close to local shops, dining, and schools, making it a prime spot for a new family to build their own memories.
“Now I have a large space for those grandbabies,” Randi said. “There were a lot of tears and laughter and memories in that house. But it’s time to let a new family start to build their dream there now!!”

Mahomes’ new home is a dream come true
While it’s tough to say goodbye, real estate moves are nothing new for the Mahomes family. Patrick has built quite the property empire over the years – from a mid-century modern home in Kansas City, a luxurious off-season mansion in Texas, to his current custom-built mega-mansion in Belton, Missouri.
Generosity clearly runs deep in the Mahomes household. Randi’s new $825,000 dream home features a formal dining room, a butler’s pantry, a primary suite with a spa-like bathroom, and even a floating tub – everything she could have ever wished for, thanks to her children. As for the Tyler home, Randi is making sure it finds the right family, even resharing its real estate listing on her Instagram story with a heartfelt caption: “Bittersweet but new beginnings.”
