See Brittany Mahomes & Patrick Mahomes’ Halloween Costumes With Kids
Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes scored a win with their little zoo. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his pregnant wife—who share kids Sterling Skye, 3, and Patrick “Bronze,” 23 months—roared into Halloween 2024 with their growing family by dressing up in animal attire, with Patrick as the zookeeper. In a joint Oct. 31 Instagram post, Patrick sported an all-tan outfit complete with a wide-brimmed hat, short-sleeved button down shirt, cargo pants and tall work boots. Emblazoned on his shirt was his new title: Zookeeper.
For their part, Brittany and her two kids dressed in comfortable fleece animal costumes, representing cute creatures from around the world. Brittany wore a tan kangaroo onesie with an attached hood featuring the jumper’s ears and snout. She also had a small stuffed baby kangaroo in her pouch as a sweet nod to their little one on the way. Sterling rocked a pink flamingo onesie and pink fuzzy shoes while she held onto mom’s hand and posed with one leg bent like the tropical bird.
Meanwhile, Bronze stood between his mom and dad and smiled while wearing a lion onesie—complete with a mane that wrapped around his face. Both Patrick and Brittany shared precious pictures of their little ones enjoying the Halloween festivities, from trick-or-treating to eating candy.
And it seems the Mahomes’ love for animals runs deep, with a recent outing perhaps inspiring their matching costumes. In Oct. 10 posts to her Instagram Story, Brittany shared pics of the family of four visiting some of the exhibits at a zoo.
“Bronze is scared of a lot of things,” she wrote on one picture of Patrick holding their son and standing directly next to a lion, “but was not scared of this lion?” In other snaps, Patrick and Brittany propped their little ones on their shoulders to look at one of the zoo’s water enclosures. One final pic had Sterling’s face covered by a stuffed animal, which Brittany captioned alongside a laughing emoji, “The best family picture we got.”
