Simone Biles is making headlines for yet another dazzling style transformation. The Olympic gymnast, now 28, has swapped out her blonde bohemian braids for the sleek and glamorous bob she first introduced back in November 2024.  The bold change has fans and fashion enthusiasts buzzing, with many speculating that she drew inspiration from basketball star Angel Reese’s own fierce style.

On March 20, Biles took to her Instagram Stories to showcase her chic new look. From the comfort of a makeup chair, the star athlete filmed herself as her hairstylist perfected her loose curls, while a makeup artist applied finishing touches. The look was polished and powerful-exactly the statement Biles was going for.

Back in Business with the Bob

The gymnast declared her hair transformation complete with the caption, “bob is back & in business.” Her radiant confidence shone through her posts, leaving fans eager to see what new projects she was preparing for.

Prior to unveiling her fresh style, Biles hinted at something special on the horizon. Sharing a mirror selfie from New York City, she wrote, “exciting shoot today one of my dream brands.”  This stunning makeover follows a period where Biles enjoyed flaunting her blonde braids while on her honeymoon in South Africa with husband Jonathan Owens.

The couple also celebrated Biles’ 28th birthday on March 14, where she posed with a playful black, heart-shaped birthday cake featuring the words “Twenty ATE”-a clever nod to her milestone age.
