‘We Gotta Do This Again’ – A.J. Brown Sends Bold Message After Eagles Players’ Super Bowl Ring Reactions Go Viral

When the Philadelphia Eagles lifted the Lombardi Trophy after Super Bowl LIX, it was a moment of redemption and reassurance. After two years of failing to sack Patrick Mahomes even once in Super Bowl LVII, the Eagles’ defense made a comeback. Howie Roseman rebuilt the trenches, and they delivered.

The front four were a blur, and the backfield was a nightmare for Mahomes. Jalen Hurts stayed protected, and the offense clicked. The Eagles went on to win 40-22 over the Chiefs, one of the most lopsided Super Bowls in recent memory. Now, as the team gets its rings, it is the talk of the town. But the ring ceremony is becoming an even bigger moment, pushing some players to dream bigger.

What Did A.J. Brown Say After Seeing the Super Bowl LIX Ring?

The Eagles’ Super Bowl LIX ring ceremony was delayed, but it was worth the wait. On Friday night in Fishtown, the energy was electric. Players walked the green carpet like royalty, with Cooper DeJean even wearing a custom suit that immortalized the winning moment in the inner lining.

After walking the carpet, the players went to The Battery for a private celebration. Once the rings were revealed, minds were blown and dreams were born. This is especially true for A.J. Brown. Looking at the ring, Brown simply said, “I know this ain’t easy, but we gotta do this again.”

That’s no ordinary ring. It’s a legacy in diamonds. At 41 millimeters and 140 grams, the ring is drenched in 12 carats of diamonds, white gold, and a splash of green sapphire. The bezel has 145 diamonds for the Eagles’ 145-point playoff total, the most in NFL history.

The top of the ring reads, “WORLD CHAMPIONS” with 40 diamonds, honoring their 40-point Super Bowl blowout. The ring can even be opened, and the hidden words inside say, “YOU CAN’T BE GREAT WITHOUT THE GREATNESS OF OTHERS.” Philadelphia made sure no detail was spared.

How Did Brown Earn His Championship Ring?

Brown earned every facet of that ring. Since arriving via trade in 2022, he’s redefined what WR1 looks like in Philadelphia. He transformed the team from his debut against the Lions with 155 yards to rewriting the Eagles’ single-season receiving record.

In 2024, despite injuries, he still made over 1,000 yards. He had a 12-yard touchdown catch in Super Bowl LIX that helped put the Chiefs on ice. The ring felt like a full-circle moment. It was personal for Brown, who once watched the ring slip away. With a ring like that as the standard, running it back has another catalyst.

With a ring that tells a story of grit, redemption, and glory, the message is clear: Philly isn’t done. They’ve built a legacy and are now coming for a dynasty.
